By accessing or using Tendrite (the "Service"), operated by Raw Plus Dry LLC ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
Tendrite is an AI-powered scientific reading application that transforms research papers and educational content into digestible knowledge cards. The Service includes:
You may create an account using Google Sign-In, Apple Sign-In, or use the Service anonymously. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to update it as needed.
The free tier includes up to 7 module generations per month with standard processing.
Tendrite Pro is available as a monthly ($9.99/month) or yearly ($79.99/year) subscription. Pro includes unlimited module generations, full Explore features, and priority AI processing.
Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store or Google Play. Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device's account settings.
Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective refund policies.

You retain ownership of any content you upload to the Service (PDFs, text, etc.). By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and display it back to you as part of the Service.
Knowledge cards, summaries, explanations, and other AI-generated content are created for your personal educational use. The accuracy of AI-generated content is not guaranteed, and you should verify important information from original sources.
The Service, including its design, features, and underlying technology, is owned by Raw Plus Dry LLC and protected by intellectual property laws.
Tendrite uses artificial intelligence to process and summarize scientific content. AI-generated knowledge cards, explanations, and learning modules may contain errors, inaccuracies, or oversimplifications. The Service is intended as a learning aid and should not be used as a sole source of scientific or medical information. Always refer to original research papers for critical decisions.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Raw Plus Dry LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will be accurate or complete.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app's Settings menu. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes through the app or via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
